I told myself that my blog would not end up as previous attempts and diaries and projects and degrees, which seem to devolve quite quickly into merely apologising constantly for not updating. But I do apologise for ceasing so abruptly. I am sure there will be many tears at this break in my creative energies and family news.
We are currently in the process of moving. This is a life consuming business, and so my attention has been diverted from the world of blogging. Not to mention I have stopped working at the Cathedral, and so don’t have quite as much time sitting in front of a computer with not much to do. I plan to get blog up and running again when we are installed in our new home and broadband is up and running. In the meantime, I need to let you know that that lady with the two fellas from the Convent commented on my blog, which I am very chuffed about, and I had a wonderful wibmeet with T&E, where I was pleased to note that we are as like minded in real life as we are in the wibosphere. We had a wonderful evening talking about politics, shipping, sexual ethics and Dave Walker. Um, but I still have his ring. In all day, between now and next Thursday!
Next Thursday (27th) we are moving way from the beautiful midlands into paradise in Cambridge. As we are moving we haven’t really got anything special planned for our anniversary, but also we don’t really have time to see everyone before we leave this area so we are having an open house on Sunday the 23rd from midday to midnight. Feel free to pop in for 10 minutes or 12 hours, and if I trust you I’ll even let you know where we live.
In sadder news our tandem, Gipsy, was stolen. The good news is the insurance company has bought us a new one worth twice the amount! So lots of bicycle rides for two in Cam. Of course we have managed to find a place to live on the only hill in the whole of Cambridgeshire.
Until we meet again, I shall say tara.
